ELEVATE YOUR BUILDING LEADERSHIP TEAM

Join us this summer for a unique learning experience designed to build capacity in your school’s leadership team to enhance culture, develop a laser sharp focus on best practices, effectively lead change, and build a purposeful school community. School teams will come together for a three day workshop series to address self-selected targeted areas for growth. Teams will learn how to increase collective efficacy within their buildings in order to increase student achievement.

We encourage teams to consider staying on location to build relationships before and after workshop sessions and to celebrate the end of this school year while setting a solid foundation for the upcoming school year. We hope to see you and members of your leadership team this summer!

CONTENT

Sessions will be collaborative and include time to work on a customized action plan.

TARGET AUDIENCE

New & Experienced Administrators, Teacher Leaders, Building Leadership Teams

COST

$1000 per team (5 person) for PLN members, $2000 per team for members, and $3000 for non-members. With $100 charge for each additional team member beyond the 5 person team.

Ongoing support throughout the school year is $250 per building per visit plus mileage for PLN, $500 for members, and $750 for non-members.
