Join us in Elevated Focus in 2025-2026! This series is designed to help building leaders keep an elevated level of focus on the research that matters most in their school while assessing progress toward building goals.
We hope you will continue to prioritize time to reflect, learn, and collaborate with us in Elevated Focus!
Day one will provide an opportunity for building leaders to work alongside their building leadership team to assess progress made over the previous school year using the Stages of Improvement Pathways, analyze their current reality, and set their focus for the upcoming year.
Days two and three will allow an opportunity for the building leader along with their assistant, instructional coach, or lead teacher to come back together to focus on their building data, progress toward goals, and implementation of their year long planning guide. Leaders will have the opportunity to collaborate with other principals and review key content from the Elevate Leadership series.

Participants are encouraged to bring their building leadership team to the July 22 date. Registration cost includes up to 5 members of your building leadership team. If you plan to bring more than 5 members, the cost will be an additional $25 per team member.
